• Advance reservations required.
• Event reservations are non-refundable.
• Admission ticket is required for all children over the age of 2.
• We do not refund no shows.
• Final payment and any changes to the reservation are due 72 hours in advance.
• You are only able to add up to 3 additional guests on site, and as long as it doesn’t exceed the capacity of the space.
• Waivers must be signed by all guests to be able to participate in the activities.
Gift Cards 💳

Gift cards are valid online and in-store.
Gift cards are location-specific and may only be redeemed at the Slime Factory location where they were purchased.
Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Gift cards may be used toward general admission, birthday parties, and select experiences, subject to availability.
FAQs
Who needs a ticket?
All children 2+ must be ticketed to enter the space.
All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult per minor will be allowed entry with no cost but with no slime making privileges.
Due to space limitations, any additional non-slime maker adult companion will be subject to a $5 fee (applies only for non slime making adults and children under 2).
How long is the experience?
Plan to spend 30 minutes to an hour for regular experience, 90 minutes for field trips and two hours for birthday parties.
Do we need a reservation? Do you take walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome but limited to availability. Please book online to enjoy 10% OFF and ensure availability.
Do you do refunds?
The full price of the reservation is non-refundable. No refunds are given for cancellations or for now shows.
Do you have parking?
There’s free parking available at the mall. We recommend you on the Macy’s wing or close to PF Chang’s. We are right across Build a Bear.
Can I bring food?
No food or open drinks allowed inside. You must have a party package in order to bring any cake, food or decorations.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand things happen. Subject to availability you may reschedule your visit to a different date/time with a minimum of 24 hours.

What happens if I'm late?
Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee entry and you might have to be moved to the next class available.
